What is FUSE?
The leadership team at PayPal Dundalk, in partnership with The Fintech Corridor are offering you the chance to take part in a leadership skill share and mentoring opportunity.
‘FUSE’ is a programme aimed at all small business leaders in the Dundalk and Drogheda region, (and D2B fintech corridor).
The Details.
With over 80 years combined experience leading and guiding their business through the tough corporate world of financial services, these PayPal leaders will share that experience with you and help take your business to the next level.
Signing up is free and chosen business will be selected and paired with a leader focused and tuned to where you can benefit the most.
Once paired, those taking part will set their own pace and time to meet through a 6 week period.
The FUSE programme has been designed through pairing leaders with small business, enabling meaningful conversation and skill sharing to help get small business moving and growing.
This is a ‘fee free’ initiative and the leaders are giving their own time, outside of PayPal, to the programme.
The Dundalk Site Leadership team bring many practical insights and experiences based on their various career journeys and roles. They will be sharing these learnings and experiences to help business decide on their own path forward. Once paired, those taking part will set their own pace and time to meet through a 6 week period.
After completion, participants will be asked to share their feedback to improve the initiative into the future.
